About The Conference
The main theme of the conference is "Sustainability and Security in a Changing World: Integrating Global Challenges, Interdisciplinary Research and Innovative Solutions". The purpose of the conference is to bring together scientists, experts and specialists to discuss current issues of sustainable development and security at the global and regional levels. The conference is aimed at identifying key challenges in the field of ecology, economics, social sphere and information security, as well as exchanging best practices and practical solutions for achieving sustainability and security. The event plans to develop scientific and practical recommendations that promote the UN Sustainable Development Goals, improve security policy and strengthen international cooperation in these areas.

In the context of global changes and instability of world processes, issues of sustainable development and security are acquiring strategic importance. Modern challenges such as climate change, ecosystem threats, social tensions and economic instability threaten sustainability and security at various levels. Paper Submission
Recommended Approach
We strongly encourage authors to submit their papers after the conference. This approach allows presenters to incorporate feedback, comments, and suggestions received during discussions, improving the overall quality and clarity of their final manuscript. Papers may also be submitted during registration, but post-conference submission ensures higher academic value.
After acceptance and presentation of their abstracts, participants are invited to submit their research papers for publication in the official conference proceedings. There are two types of paper submissions available:
A submission link will be provided to the registered authors. Through this link, authors will be able to upload their manuscripts according to the guidelines. Only papers presented by at least one author during the conference (in any format) are eligible for publication. The editorial team provides support to authors throughout the preparation and revision process. All accepted and published papers will be available in digital format after the completion of the editorial cycle.
Submit Papers for Publication
  • The submitted paper must present original research results corresponding to the work presented at the conference.
  • The manuscript must not be under review or previously published elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts must be prepared using the official template (available on the conference website).
Manuscript Requirements
Every submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous multi-stage editorial process to ensure scientific integrity and publication quality:
  1. Plagiarism check – All submissions are screened using similarity detection software.
  2. Peer review – Each paper is evaluated by two or more independent reviewers.
  3. Editorial feedback and revision – Authors receive comments and guidance for improving the manuscript.
  4. Final acceptance and publication – Accepted papers are published in the corresponding proceedings volume.
